strong af: 101 - group coaching programme
starting monday 7th september !!!
you train consistently but you still worry about going heavier in your deadlift in case your form isn’t right. you can’t add more weight to the bar with your squats because quite frankly, you’re worried you won’t get back up. your bench has never felt that great because you think your upper body strength is ‘shit’.
so you spend most of your sessions second-guessing your technique, wondering whether the work you’re putting in is actually doing what you think it is…and lifting the same weights week in, week out.
i’ve put together strong af 101 to give you the chance to experience what it’s like to actually be coached by someone who’s job it is to help women like you.
from how you structure your training and progress your lifts, to moving with confidence, fuelling well and actually recovering properly.
you’re probably already pretty strong.
you’re probably already lifting consistently and you might already be pretty good at lifting heavy shit.
but as someone who has coached hundreds of women who are ‘strong but stuck’, there’s a bunch of shit i know i can help you with to get you feeling stronger now than you ever have.
strong af 101 is an introduction to the way I coach: and the stuff you probably should have been taught about training a long time ago.

what to expect
over the 8 weeks, you’ll have proper, structured programming from yours truly. no f*cking around with too many exercises, stuff you don’t need and a programme you might actually get excited about.
but more importantly, you’re actually going to have direct access to me - your very own coach so you can actually start seeing what you’re capable of.
inside the programme you’ll get:
• a structured 8-week strength programme
a clear 2–3 day full-body programme designed to help you get stronger without filling your week with pointless volume working on strength, power + mobility all in one. you’ll know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how to progress it.
• coaching, feedback & support throughout
you won't just be handed a programme and left to get on with it. you'll have coaching and feedback from me personally to help you understand your technique, make better decisions and actually apply what you're learning.
• technique & form feedback
we'll work on owning your lifts rather than just getting through them. you'll learn how to move with more control, confidence and consistency, especially when things start getting heavy. wouldn’t that be nice?
• fuelling + recovery
i’ll show you what it means to have enough energy to not just survive your training but to perform (cheesy i know). learn what your maintenance calories are, how to fuel your training better and what recovery will actually look like for someone who’s struggling to balance it all. trust me when i say, this shit could make you feel like a different person altogether.
• education you can actually use
i’m really not a fan of just sending you a bunch of resources and videos that you won’t watch or read. so instead, you’ve got direct access to me to ask about what you’re struggling with. we'll cover the stuff that makes the difference outside of simply following your workouts - RPE, progression, training volume, fatigue, exercise selection, fuelling, recovery and adapting your training around life + whatever else you’re training for.
• a community of strong-ass women
i love this community. you'll have access to me and a group of women who are all working towards getting stronger, supporting each other and figuring this shit out together.
• live coaching & learning
we'll use live sessions to dig into the things that are easier to discuss through proper conversations. how to approach your training, how to make decisions and how to know when to push or back off.
• a foundation you can actually build on
you won’t know everything after just 8 weeks but you’ll have a much better understanding of what training should actually look and feel like for you. you’ll have more confidence on the gym floor, you’ll have more energy, you’ll actually start feeling stronger and maybe, just maybe, you’ll enjoy training again.
this programme is for you if:
• you’ve been strength training for a while but feel like you’ve hit a wall (and it’s f*cking boring)
• you’re putting the work in but you’re not sure your training is actually working as well as it could
• you’re tired of constantly changing your programme or wondering what you should be doing next
• you can lift but don’t always feel confident that you’re doing things correctly
• you have a habit of thinking you’re not making progress because you’re just not trying hard enough
• you want to get stronger without training taking over your entire life
• you want your strength training to support the other sports, hobbies and activities you love
• you want to understand how to train, fuel and recover properly rather than blindly following another programme
• you want support, accountability and coaching from someone who doesn’t use the words ‘girly’, ‘boss babe’ or ‘chic’
• you’re ready to stop fucking guessing and learn how to train with confidence
who’s it for?
“I was in the fence for a while. Didn’t think I really needed much help, maybe a bit of direction. I’ve never been so glad to have started something! It’s improved all my other sports, skiing, mountain biking, trail running etc, I was certain what I was doing was helping, now I know what a proper programme does for all other life events! I only regret I didn’t sign up earlier. I’ve just turned 40 and I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been!”

“It has meant everything. I have progressed through a phase that I have always found myself stuck and looping back to old habits in. I can now do a pull up!! And I feel stronger and more energised than in a very long time. I feel happier”
— sam“i feel more like my old self. I have reminded myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to, but mostly that I can prioritise myself and my health. I can and will show up for myself and stop convincing myself otherwise. I wanted to use this as a platform to build on and once established as a routine, carry on to ensure that I never let myself feel like that again!”
