join the strong af club
strength training for women who want to do cool shit.
you already lift.
but not just for the gym. you lift so you can run further, roll harder, cycle stronger or just move through life feeling capable.
the problem? right now it feels impossible to balance it all without burning out.
whether it’s exhaustion from trying to do everything, losing consistency when life gets busy, or never feeling like your strength is actually carrying over into the stuff you love. we’ve all been there.
maybe you’re ready for a way of training that builds strength and supports the rest of your life, instead of draining you.
that’s where the strong af club comes in.
an 8-week strength programme for women who already lift: whether it’s for BJJ, running, cycling, or just life but are ready to finally start seeing progress that sticks.
but listen…
you have a life outside of the gym right? and when you’re trying to do it all, it’s no wonder consistency slips or training just leaves you exhausted…it’s a lot.
so we need to make the most of the time we do have, there’s no time for faffing but we also can’t be using all of our energy on training. it’s not just about what you’re doing in the gym, it’s about how you’re doing it. without feedback and structure, all that effort doesn’t seem to be getting you anywhere but f*cking tired.
well not here. with the strong af club, you’ll train with a clear plan, get proper feedback on your lifts, and actually learn how to build sustainable strength that supports your life, not drains it.
words from our lovely strong af members
It has meant everything. I have progressed through a phase that I have always found myself stuck and looping back to old habits in. I can now do a pull up!! And I feel stronger and more energised than in a very long time. I feel happier - Sam C.
“Fantastic. Loved re-learning how to squat properly instead of just banging some plates on the bar and hoping for the best. I feel really confident in what I’m doing now.” - Jill B
I feel more like my old self. I have reminded myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to, but mostly that I can prioritise myself and my health. I can and will show up for myself and stop convincing myself otherwise. I wanted to use this as a platform to build on and once established as a routine, carry on to ensure that I never let myself feel like that again! - Jen R
inside the strong af club you’ll get:
-
after running previous intakes of the strong af club, i’ve found that the best way for you to actually get stronger is with a clear plan, feedback on your lifts and the support to keep going even when life gets busy.
meaning you’ll finally stop second-guessing yourself and know exactly what progress looks like for you.
each week inside the strong af club you’ll get:
a 2, 3 or 4-day progressive training plan you can follow around your life + sport or hobbies
feedback on your lifts so you can finally feel confident in how you move
live zoom calls + a community to ask as many questions as you need
a weekly 1:1 check-in with me directly to keep you accountable + supported
what do we focus on during your 8 weeks?
building strength + confidence in your big lifts squat, deadlift, bench
improving how you move (not just what you lift)
accessory work that supports your running, bjj, cycling + life
fuelling + recovery tips so you stop burning out
consistency without all-or-nothing thinking
real progress you can see + feel, without training taking over your whole life
-
each week we meet as a group on zoom for a good old chat: for coaching, feedback and support that’s actually useful, realistic + none of this toxic positivity
sometimes it’s about breaking down a lift together and giving you clear, actionable feedback.
other times it’s a pep talk, Q&A or strategy for how to keep training consistent when life gets busy.over 8 weeks = 16+ opportunities to get coached, ask questions, and stay accountable.
and because you’ll be following the training plan in your own time, these calls are your chance to get the personal feedback + support you can’t get from a programme alone.
what can we cover on these calls?
submit your lifts ahead of time → get live form breakdowns + tips
ask me anything: fuelling, recovery, consistency, mindset
join in for community support + accountability or just listen in and learn
this time is for you to use however you need most 💪

i know ‘community’ sounds cheesy af but having a space to share wins, ask questions and celebrate those “holy shit I did it” moments is more valuable than you' realise. especially when it’s with a bunch of women who ‘get it’.
and most importantly it’s a space where we hold each other accountable. because it’s not just about showing up to the gym, it’s about staying consistent, celebrating progress and having a team behind you when the speed bumps start to show.
get to know your coach…me
my name is sam and this is my cat margo (god I love her). I’ve been a competitive little shit ever since I was a kid and just loved sports. athletics, football, netball, climbing trees, chasing friends, the lot. I competed nationally as a gymnast and spent nearly 20 years of my life doing that, it was everything to me. when that stopped, I felt like I’d lost my whole identity and I struggled to find anything that stuck.
but then i was introduced to weight training, properly and i soon realised what all the fuss was about. i shared my journey, not really thinking much of it and before i knew it…women were sending me messages, thanking me for encouraging them to do the same. after working in all kinds of jobs: call centre, the entertainment industry + then marketing i realised i wanted more women to feel as strong + powerful as i did.
i’ve been through a lot of phases with training: I’ve taken on 10km’s to ultra marathons, triathlons, 24 hour bike rides, hyrox, the lot. but i’ve been able to do all of this because strength training is the foundation that allows me to keep saying ‘yes’. but i’ve also never wanted training to taken over my life, i love being horizontal too much + so i made it my mission to help women be their strongest selves whilst also balancing life.
outside of coaching?
i took up brazilian jiu jitsu last year, so i’m obsessed with that but i also love slow coffee shop mornings, taking photos of my cat, hanging out with my boyfriend zak and getting incredibly stressed out playing on the xbox. for someone who is pretty athletic, i’m also really bloody good at doing nothing which is why you may see the self proclaimed ‘strong potato’ nickname. i also love all forms of potato.
so why did i create the strong af club?
because this is the programme i needed when i was struggling to balance strength training + {insert your favourite hobby here} + life. something between “all-in 1:1 coaching” and “just another plan.” a space with structure, feedback, accountability and community where women who already love training can finally see progress, without having to train 6 days a week or sacrifice the rest of their life.
for a long time, i thought the only way to get stronger was to keep chasing 1RMs. i pushed harder and harder, testing maxes, adding more sessions, thinking more effort would equal more strength. but it didn’t. it left me exhausted, constantly injured, and honestly? my body didn’t feel strong at all, i was fucked.
after running multiple rounds of the strong af challenge, i knew a lot of women were struggling with this balance too + had unrealistic expectations of what ‘getting stronger’ actually looks like. the strong af club will change that + show you exactly how to keep showing up for yourself even when life is life-ing. it’s a place where training stops being stressful and starts making you feel powerful again.
and honestly? i can’t wait to share it with you.
