the strong af club
the long term strength training home for women who want to do cool shit
£79pm
the strong af club is for women who already lift but feel stuck. you want to get stronger, feel athletic again and finally see progress without burning out.
you’re plenty capable, you love training, but every session feels like a grind, your progress has stalled and you’re tired of starting over. you want clearer guidance, smarter programming, confidence in your form and a way to lift alongside your sport, hobby or busy life.
if you miss feeling strong, powerful and consistent, i’ve got you.
you’re in the right place if:
you already train but your progress has stalled
you feel capable but not confident in your lifts
you second-guess your load, your form or whether you’re doing “enough”
you’ve been stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle with training
you don’t want to train 5–6 days a week anymore but you do want results
you care about performance (stronger lifts, pull-ups, push-ups, moving well) not just aesthetics
you want training to support your hobbies and your life, not take over
-
all of your programming needs taken care of. we’ll focus on your big lifts, accessories and explosive work so you can simply focus on putting the work in. no more second guessing the ‘what’ or the ‘how’
you’ll choose between 2 or 3 sessions a week and learn how to maximise the most out of each session. i’ll show you how to get more out of less
training delivered within my app so you can log and track progress
demo videos and clear instructions so you can train with confidence and start seeing serious progress
-
direct access to me for guidance, you’ll submit your lifts for form feedback and questions
help adjusting training when life gets busy (because it will)
support around when to push and when to pull back to balance lifting and your sport/hobbies/life
live calls so we can actually have some real human contact with a coach who gives a shit aka. me lol.
-
progress your lifts beyond “just add weight”
train hard without burning out
auto-regulate based on stress, sleep, recovery and life
fuel your training properly without obsessing or tracking everything
stay consistent even when weeks aren’t perfect
the goal isn’t to need me forever, it’s to become confident in your own training
-
a community of women who already train and care about getting stronger
no diet chat. no comparison bullshit. no ego lifting.
just women who want to feel strong, capable and proud of what their body can do
how it works
what you’ll get out of it
over time, members of the strong af club:
feel confident loading the bar and committing to their lifts
stop second-guessing their training decisions
get stronger in a way that actually feels good
train fewer days with better results
feel more capable in and out of the gym
build consistency without perfection
you’re hitting the gym with confidence, you know exactly what progress should look like in reality (and no, pb’s every week isn’t it) and you finally enjoy training again

words from our lovely strong af members
It has meant everything. I have progressed through a phase that I have always found myself stuck and looping back to old habits in. I can now do a pull up!! And I feel stronger and more energised than in a very long time. I feel happier - Sam C.
“Fantastic. Loved re-learning how to squat properly instead of just banging some plates on the bar and hoping for the best. I feel really confident in what I’m doing now.” - Jill B
I feel more like my old self. I have reminded myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to, but mostly that I can prioritise myself and my health. I can and will show up for myself and stop convincing myself otherwise. I wanted to use this as a platform to build on and once established as a routine, carry on to ensure that I never let myself feel like that again! - Jen R
FAQs
-
no but this isn’t for complete beginners. you should already be lifting and comfortable in the gym, even if you don’t feel confident yet.
-
this is for those who want to see proper results in the gym. i’m here to help you chase those performance goals, whether this be a stronger squat, deadlift, bench, to hit that first pull-up or maybe you want it all. if you’re here to achieve shit, this programme is for you.
-
you’ll have the choice between 2 or 3 sessions per week. this is designed to fit around work, life and other hobbies or sports.
-
mate that’s just life, that’s normal. you’ll learn how to adjust without falling off completely.
-
absolutely not. this is about as close to 1:1 coaching as you’ll get without the cost of it. i will be in the community chat to answer as many questions, give as much feedback as you can handle. it’s just up to you to put yourself out there and make the most of me, i’m not here to hold your hand.
-
fuck yes! especially if you feel like you should be stronger by now. most members aren’t beginners; they’re women who understand the basics but need help progressing beyond them. that’s where coaching makes the biggest difference.
-
that’s one of the main reasons the strong af club exists. you’ll get guidance and feedback so you can lift with confidence instead of holding back “just in case”. strength comes from commitment and that’s hard to do when you’re second-guessing yourself.
-
yes because training well, fuelling properly and building muscle does change your body. the difference is you’re not chasing it as your primary goal, it may just be a by-product of getting strong af but i’m more than happy to support you with this and give you guidance.
-
absolutely and i love that for you! most women in the strong af club train fewer days than they used to and get better results because their training is structured, intentional and supported. this is where you’ll learn to get more out of your training.
-
perfect, this is my jam. i’ve designed the strong af club to support women who have an active life, not compete with it. whether you do BJJ, run, climb, or just want energy for life, your training will not only work around it but it’ll improve your performance too.
-
i mean go ahead but how’s that going for you so far? challenges are great for a push but progress doesn’t stop after 8 weeks. the strong af club is where you actually build the foundations, habits and confidence that make this shit last forever.
-
as long as it’s supporting your training. many members stay because they value the structure, accountability and confidence it gives them.
-
of course, no contracts, no pressure.

“I can now do multiple pull ups throughout my sessions and have a physical confidence in my body that I’ve lacked my whole life. She has taught me the strength in strength training and is always there for advice, knowledge and support.”
