an 8-week strength programme for women who already lift: whether it’s for BJJ, running, cycling, or just life but are ready to finally start seeing progress that sticks.

you have a life outside of the gym right? and when you’re trying to do it all, it’s no wonder consistency slips or training just leaves you exhausted…it’s a lot.

so we need to make the most of the time we do have, there’s no time for faffing but we also can’t be using all of our energy on training. it’s not just about what you’re doing in the gym, it’s about how you’re doing it. without feedback and structure, all that effort doesn’t seem to be getting you anywhere but f*cking tired.

and that’s exactly what we’ll change together over 8 weeks. you’ll train with a clear plan, get proper feedback on your lifts, and finally build the kind of strength that supports your life, not drains it.
